Deep processing section has more than twenty pieces of equipment, including high-accuracy sawing machines, lathes, drill presses, milling machines, and numerical control machines; Of these machines, seven large numerical control machines have a maximal process size as large as 1, 200 * 2, 400 mm and can process thin boards and varieties of special profiled products, meeting complex and accurate processing requirement.
Deep processing section now has 40 staffs of management, marketing and technology, among whom more than twenty members have the technological backgrounds of cartography, programming, mechanics and numerical control and they can process products according to clients' blueprints and can also design, develop and process products for clients. The products that can be processed cover electromotor, switch box and selenium rectifier in electric industry, and mobile phones, PCB mould and jig in electronic industry. The section is a product provider of Siemens, Schneider, ABB and Eaton. In 2005 it provided 100, 000-odd auxiliary products of 300 kinds for SIVACON 8PT low voltage switch box of Siemens and won a good reputation.

Through continuous development, we have been recognized as one of the insulation enterprises that have the highest competition capabilities and the strongest development potentials; Applied to Shenzhou-5 and Shenzhou-6 Reentry Modules, some of our products visited the outer space in October 2003 and October 2005.
