Characteristics of Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheet:
Consisting of electrical grade epoxy resin systems combined with a variety of glass fabric substrates, our epoxy glass cloth laminated sheets come in low and high temperature versions. Low temperature thermoset epoxy/glass materials offer good chemical resistance and electrical properties under dry and humid conditions. Some systems are flame retardant and meet the Underwriters Laboratories Flammability Class, V-0. They also feature high flexural, impact, and bond strength at temperatures up to 130C. These fiberglass composite materials are suitable for a variety of structural, electronic, and electrical applications.

High temperature fiberglass epoxy resin systems offer superior mechanical strength and insulative properties over a wider temperature range. These products feature high mechanical strength at continuous operating temperatures up to 180C in mechanical applications. In response to customer requests, we can change the resins to enable products to withstand even higher continuous operating temperatures. Several standard grades can handle temperatures much higher than 180C for short periods of time. At elevated temperatures up to 155C, epoxy composites retain at least 50 percent of their room temperature flexural strength. Several types meet NEMA G-11 requirements, and the materials can also be produced on any glass style for applications that do not require NEMA G-11. Applications include solder pallets, corona dissipation, rotor slot cell insulation, and structural applications at elevated temperatures.

Characteristics & Applications:
1. 3240: Mechanical, electrical, electronic applications; high mechanical strength under moderate temperature, and good electrical properties under high humidity.
2. F880: Similar to NEMA Grade G-10, mechanical, electrical and electronic applications; high mechanical strength under moderate temperature, and good electrical properties under high humidity.
3. F881: Similar to NEMA Grade FR-4, with high mechanical strength at room temperature, good electrical properties under dry and humidity conditions, flame retardant, suitable for mechanical, electrical applications.
4. F882: Similar to NEMA Grade G-11, with high mechanical strength at room temperature and 150 Centigrade, goodelectrical properties under dry and humidity conditions, flame retardant, used for making insulation parts in electrical and electronic and other industries.
5. F883: Similar to NEMA Grade FR-5, with high mechanical strength at room temperature and 150 Centigrade, goodelectrical properties under dry and humidity conditions, flame retardant, used for making insulation parts in electrical and electronic and other industries.
6. F884: High mechanical strength at room temperature, semi-conductive performance, with anticorona properties, suitable for electronic applications.
7. F885: High mechanical strength at room temperature, anti-static dissipative performance, electronic and mechanical applications.
8. F889: High mechanical strength, heat-resistance, and good magnetic permeability. Suitable for making slot and wedge for motors.
